Message react. If you've got approved financing already or cash in hand they are more likely to give you a better break on the price. I'd also ask them to do a compression test to make sure that the engine is still within spec. Also see if they'll let you take it to an independent (ASE certified) mechanic for a one-over. It might cost you $100 or so for this inspection, but the mechanic might find problems (major or minor).

If there are major problems, then I'd walk away- no matter how good the deal looks. If the problems are minor (and there are always some minor problems with used cars) you can use these to negotiate a lower price with the dealer.

If it checks out ok and you still don't want it, let me know. Maybe I'll turn to the dark side and get rid of my 2+2 ;-)
